Where do I find my invoices?Our accounts team will email these through each month, or you can request as needed accounts2@freedom-maritime.com

How do I request a quote?Simply contact a member of the team with your request, via the 'get a quote' button on the relevent page or contact direct info@freedom-maritime.com

How do I open an account at Freedom Maritime?Download the new account form on our homepage or get in touch directly with our accounts team. Once you're all set up we will notify you via email and you're good to go.

Can I modify my quotation?Yes. Upon request we will modify any quotation as many times as needed

What payment options do I have?We accept bank transfer, credit card, cheque or cash.

Order approved but not ready to have it delivered, what should I do?Not to worry, if needed we will happily consolidate your orders on our premises until you are ready for delivery. Just ask a member of the team when placing an order.

How do I confirm my order?Once a quotation has been approved let a member of our team know and we will process the order.

Where do you deliver and how often?Each week we deliver along the French Riviera and Italy, for specific ports let us know when placing an order and we will do our best to accommodate. Our current delivery schedule for Freedom orders is as follows: Antibes - Daily Cannes - Daily Nice & Monaco - Twice weekly La Ciotat & Marseille - Minimum once a Week Italy - Minimum once a week Spain - Periodically orders dependent Get in touch to find out more.

Do you arrange shipments further afield?If you are further afield we are happy to ship your Freedom Maritime order. We have an inhouse logistics team who can assist in shipping around the world, speak with your current Freedom contact to find out more.
